Cheerleading & Tumbling

224 Cheer offers fun, affordable recreational cheer and tumbling for ages 6 & up. We focus on building confidence, skills, and teamwork in a supportive environment. Our classes are held indoors at the Keystone Park & Recreation Center in Odessa, Florida.

224 Coaching offers 1-on-1 personal training, online coaching, and thoughtfully designed programs built around your body, your goals, and your life.


Meet Coach Juliette

Juliette Pacheco is the owner and lead coach of 224 Coaching. She is a recent alumni of the USF All-Girl Cheerleading Team and a 3-time National Champion, with 10 years of competitive gymnastics and 6 years of competitive cheerleading experience. A Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences and Nutrition, Juliette combines her athletic background and strength training expertise to help both adults and kids move, grow, and succeed.

Recreational cheerleading & Tumbling

224 Cheer offers fun, affordable recreational cheer and tumbling for ages 6 & up. We focus on building confidence, skills, and teamwork in a supportive environment. Our classes are held indoors at the Keystone Park & Recreation Center in Odessa, Florida.


Programs

Cheerleading Teams

  • This program is designed to teach overall cheer skills. Athletes will build a strong foundation in jumps, stunting, motions, confidence, and teamwork in a fun, high-energy environment. Teams will perform to showcase their skills.

Tumbling Classes

  • Beginner Tumbling: Athletes will learn all the basics of tumbling. Skills include forwards & backwards rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and kickovers. No prerequisite required.

  • Intermediate Tumbling: Athletes will learn higher level tumbling skills. Working towards mastering round offs, front walkovers and back walkovers. Progressing into front and back handsprings. Prerequisite: bridge kick over.


Meet the Coach

Juliette is the founder of 224 Cheer and a passionate youth coach with 5 years of experience in youth cheerleading & gymnastics. She is a proud recent alumni of the USF All-Girl Cheerleading Team, where she helped lead the team to 3 national titles. Her mission is to build strong, confident athletes through teamwork, positivity, and fun.


Details & Pricing

Cheerleading Teams

  • Ages 6 & up: Thursdays, 6:10-7:10pm

  • $65 per month

  • $30 registration fee (includes t-shirt & bow)

Tumbling Classes

  • Tumbling: Thursdays, 7:15-8:00 PM

  • $60 per month

  • $20 Drop-in classes

Cheer & Tumbling Bundle

  • This bundle includes weekly cheer and tumbling classes through the end of the cheer season, April 25, 2026.

  • $115 per month

  • $30 registration fee (includes t-shirt & bow)

  • Cheer registration closes January 5, 2026.
